FAITH CONFERENCE / RETREAT PARTICIPATION TERMS

1. Nature of the Event


FJ Heavenly Travel Pty Ltd may organise faith-based conferences, Christian retreats, worship gatherings, ministry events, teaching sessions, prayer gatherings, leadership events, group retreats and event-linked travel packages.

Unless expressly stated, these events are operated as paid commercial events or travel experiences and are not charitable donations.


2. Respectful Participation


Participants must behave respectfully toward:

  • speakers;

  • pastors;

  • ministry guests;

  • staff;

  • volunteers;

  • venue staff;

  • other attendees;

  • other travellers;

  • members of the public.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal without refund except where required by law.


3. Faith-Based Content


Faith conferences and retreats may include:

  • worship;

  • prayer;

  • Christian teaching;

  • preaching;

  • testimonies;

  • group discussion;

  • spiritual encouragement;

  • altar ministry;

  • counselling-style pastoral conversations;

  • leadership training;

  • ministry networking.

Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for deciding whether the content is suitable for you and your family.


4. No Medical, Legal or Financial Advice


Faith-based teaching, prayer, encouragement or pastoral conversation is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice.

If you require professional support, you should seek help from a qualified professional.


5. Children and Families


Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian or authorised adult at all times unless a formal children’s program with separate supervision has been expressly provided.

Parents and guardians are responsible for children’s safety, conduct, belongings and participation.

Photo and video consent for children must be provided by a parent or guardian where required.


6. Venue Rules


Participants must follow venue rules, including:

  • entry and exit procedures;

  • seating rules;

  • emergency procedures;

  • food and drink rules;

  • noise restrictions;

  • parking rules;

  • smoking or vaping rules;

  • alcohol rules;

  • photography and recording rules;

  • capacity limits.


7. Program Changes


Speakers, schedules, worship sessions, teaching topics, venues, retreat activities, transport and accommodation arrangements may change due to operational, pastoral, supplier, safety or other reasonable reasons.


8. Donations and Offerings


If donations or offerings are collected, they will be clearly identified.

Payments for tickets, registration, travel packages, accommodation or tours are commercial payments and are not tax-deductible donations unless expressly stated and supported by the relevant legal structure.


9. Media and Recording


FJ Heavenly Travel Pty Ltd may take photos and videos during conferences and retreats.

You may not livestream, record or commercially use event content without permission.

Some speakers may restrict recording.


10. Safety and Emergency


Participants must follow staff instructions during emergencies, evacuations or safety incidents.

You must notify staff immediately if you become unwell, injured or aware of a safety issue.
