1. Our Role

FJ Heavenly Travel Pty Ltd may act as an organiser, booking agent, reseller, facilitator or coordinator for third-party services.

Third-party suppliers may include:

• bus and coach operators;

• hotels;

• accommodation providers;

• venues;

• restaurants;

• caterers;

• activity providers;

• tour operators;

• local guides;

• attraction operators;

• cruise operators;

• airlines, if applicable;

• payment providers;

• insurance providers;

• event service providers;

• sound, lighting and media suppliers;

• worship leaders, speakers or ministry guests;

• security providers;

2. Supplier Responsibility

Where a third-party supplier provides a service, that supplier is responsible for delivering the service according to its own terms, safety standards, licences, permits, insurance, cancellation rules and operational procedures.

FJ Heavenly Travel Pty Ltd is not the owner, controller or operator of third-party supplier businesses unless expressly stated in writing.

3. Bus and Coach Services

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bus and coach transport is operated by licensed and insured third-party transport providers.

FJ Heavenly Travel Pty Ltd does not operate buses, employ drivers or provide passenger transport as a licensed transport operator unless expressly stated in writing.

Customers must comply with bus operator safety rules, seatbelt rules, luggage rules, timing rules and passenger conduct requirements.

4. Accommodation

Accommodation may be supplied by hotels, motels, apartments, retreat centres, hostels, guest houses or other accommodation providers.

The accommodation provider is responsible for:

• room allocation;

• check-in and check-out;

• security;

• property rules;

• damage policies;

• incidental charges;

• accessibility;

• housekeeping;

• accommodation safety;

• lost property;

• supplier cancellation terms.

Special room requests are subject to supplier availability.

5. Activities and Experiences

Activities, tours, attractions and experiences may carry physical, environmental or operational risks.

The activity provider is responsible for operating the activity safely and lawfully.

Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by the supplier.

6. Supplier Terms

By booking a package or service involving third-party suppliers, you agree that supplier terms may apply in addition to FJ Heavenly Travel Pty Ltd terms.

Supplier terms may include rules about:

• cancellation;

• refunds;

• deposits;

• late arrival;

• no-show;

• safety;

• minimum age;

• health restrictions;

• weather disruption;

• intoxication;

• property damage;

• luggage;

• conduct;

• accessibility;

• insurance;

7. Supplier Changes

Third-party suppliers may change schedules, prices, availability, rooms, vehicles, routes, menus, programs or operating conditions.

We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material supplier changes where they affect your booking.

8. Supplier Failure

If a supplier fails to provide a service, cancels, becomes insolvent, changes terms, delays service or provides a defective service, we will assist you where reasonable.

Your remedy may depend on:

• Australian Consumer Law;

• whether FJ Heavenly Travel Pty Ltd acted as agent or principal;

• the supplier’s terms;

• supplier refund rules;

• recoverable amounts;

• insurance coverage;
